Below is a basement Finishing in Uxbridge, MA. The slideshow contains some before and after pictures. The unfished pictures are followed by a picture of the same space from approximately the same angle. This finished basement features a wall mounted flat screen with all it's components hidden from view in a nearby closet. A 90 gallon fish tank inside the wall and a gas fireplace with surround and mantel. The lower white part of the wall is a decorative paneling called beadboard sometimes referred to as wainscoting. It is more durable then drywall and adds a nice detail to basements, bathrooms, kitchens and dining rooms. Finishing a basement is a inexpensive way create tons of great living space. The process is extremely low impact, in most cases causing no disruption to your daily life.
Below is a Mantel and fireplace surround in North Reading, Ma. There is a before picture and after. The Mantel features two dimmable electrical outlets lamps or Christmas lights. This type of project is relatively quick to complete, it takes approximately 2 weeks from start to paint. It makes drab plain fireplace into the focal point of the entire room. The final picture is of some applied molding to create raised panel look in a dinning room. Its a fast inexpensive way to makeover an existing dinning room. It usually take less then a week.
Below is a kitchen remodel we completed in Grafton, MA. The major snow totals from the winter of 2014/2015 created ice dams which caused water damage on the ceiling, walls and floors. The customers took the opportunity to fully remodel there dated early 90's kitchen. It features solid maple shaker style cabinets and a natural stone tile backsplash. Notice the big difference between the before and after photos.
Below is a custom fireplace mantel, fireplace surround in Westborough, MA. Master Renovations also installed custom paneling with crown molding and chair rail. Installing custom millwork such as panels and crown molding is a inexpensive, quick way to make an old room new again.
Below is a first floor remodel in Uxbridge, MA. We replaced a wall separating the kitchen from the dining room with a structural beam to open both rooms up. Master Renovations also opened up the walls abutting the stairs and installed a hardwood staircase. then we installed a brand new cherry kitchen cabinets and granite countertops. As you'll see in the before and after pictures, there was such a transformation that it doesn't seem like the same home.
Below is a bay window installation completed in Westborough, MA. Master Renovations removed the old, drafty, poorly insulated window and replaced it with a energy star approved Marvin Integrity bay window. We also revived the old built-ins, as you can see from the before and after pictures, with new crown molding and new cabinet doors.
Below is a composite deck completed in Westborough, MA. It features maintenance free decking and railing. It never needs to be sanded, scraped or painted and it will never splinter, crack or peel.
